An MBA from Boston University, Rohit worked in Forex banking in London for 2 years before joining Contract in 1990.
Besides heading the strategic planning function for Contract nationally, Rohit leads Core Consulting, the marketing & strategic consulting division of Contract. The range of assignments for Core Consulting include brand positioning, marketing strategy & plans, portfolio planning, service benchmarking, business models, mix development, innovation & NPD projects & marketing training.
Over the years, Rohit has worked closely with clients over a wide portfolio including Cadbury, Dominos, Shoppers Stop, Asian Paints, HSBC, Marico, Franklin Templeton, Louis Philippe, NIIT, ICICI Bank & HDFC Bank.
He is on the Advisory Board of TRRAIN; a not-for-profit trust that works towards the betterment of the retail sector and Expat Properties India Limited; a group with interests in real estate, construction & engineering projects, sports & leisure and media.
He has been a guest faculty at management institutes like IIM & SP Jain and has conducted training programs for many companies including Cadbury, Marico, Dabur and HSBC, the latter across Asia Pacific. He has also published three white papers that have been awarded the Atticus Merit Certificates, the global WPP recognition for original published thinking. He has been a member of the Effies Jury in India & on the global Effies Jury.
Jayanth helps brands take the right decision based on thorough consumer insights. With over 20 years of domain expertise in Branding, Advertising and Research across WPP network, he has worked on diverse categories spanning Consumer Durables, Banking & Finance, Retail, Telecom, Airlines, FMCG and F&B, across Indian and international markets.
Jayanth specializes in ethnography, loves to observe people, their culture, their values. Through these observations, he forms informed opinions that help him explore how brands can find a fit into people’s lives.
In his earlier assignments, Jayanth has played pivotal role in business acquisition and organic expansion. He is adept in building and handling proprietary Brand Management tools. Other aspects of his business personality include Knowledge Management, Mentoring and Training, Stake holder perception management.
When not doing business Jayanth loves to immerse himself in books, films, social media, Vedas, Upanishads, Indian mythology, Yoga which feeds his mind for the next big insight, trend and cultural code.
Jayanth is married to Jayashree, an HR strategist, heading Human Capital Management for a young growing IT enterprise. They have two wonderful boys- Jayasuryaa who is already an ethical hacker, while just in the final year of school and Scamp- their wonderful dog, who fills their lives with immense happiness and unconditional love, which nothing can replace.

In the decade plus career span, Raj has handled large scale recruitment, set up entire HR process for organisations, managed Organisation Development, Comp & Benefit, Learning & Development Process, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Legal & IR and instrumental in driving sustainability strategies. Won laurels for innovative employee engagement initiatives. Has also experience in managing merger and acquisition and project management, union settlement and proficient in labour law.
Last employed with Dentsu Aegis Network, Lowe Lintas, Tata AIG, Kotak Mahindra, Esselworld & Gadgil Western Group. He is an avid reader and an outdoor person.

Ayan Chakraborty brings with him a deep understanding of the business both from a strategic and a creative lens. His understanding of digital and design has also helped him shape the communication strategy for the businesses that he has built over the years.
With more than two decades of experience in building brands and categories in India and South Asia, Ayan is a seasoned professional, in both brand management and advertising. He brings with him the rich experience of having worked across diverse categories like Tobacco, Hair & Skin Care, Telecom, Jewellery, Cement, Steel, Paint, Banking & NBFCs, FMCG, Retail, Media and Entertainment. He has worked in India and Bangladesh and has handled brands in Myanmar, Sri Lanka and Nepal.
Before moving to Contract, Ayan was the Business Head for the ITC business in Wunderman Thompson. Apart from working on some leading national cigarette brands he was also responsible for launching and nurturing Engage Deodorants & Perfumes during this stint.
Ayan has also spent a part of his career working on the client side of the business, with Airtel.
Ayan enjoys the thrill of having to face something new and challenging every day and leading a talented team. He believes that awesome challenges bring awesome rewards.

Sneha Chavan is a Multidisciplinary Designer & Creative Director. Her work combines clean, stand-out designs with a fresh, bold, modern, and minimal aesthetic. Her philosophy and inspiration from Scandinavian design reflects in her work pieces. Graduated from J.J School Of Art in 2008, Sneha has brought brands to life with vibrant story-telling in design & advertising. Over the last 13 years, Sneha has created design strategies for clients across industries, most prominently Fashion, FMCG, Real estate, Beauty & Hair, Home, Banking & finance amongst others.
In 2017, she shifted her focus from advertising to pure design in the world of graphics, space design and interiors. She feels fortunate to have worked, and to continue working, with some of the greatest minds in photography, film, creative writing, art and architecture.
While she is designing, she also teaches Meditation and Yoga. She is into Farming & Vedic Astrology while she lives a sustainable & organic everyday life. Travelling & exploring different indigenous cultures across the world is her second passion.

With over two decades of experience in various agencies across the country, Rahul has won a Cannes Lion, Abbys and Effies. He has worked on brands like Reckitt Benkiser, Microsoft, Standard Chartered Bank, Adidas, Nissan, Bajaj Allianz, Sony, Samsonite, Godrej and Air India. The BFSI sector has been one vertical that Rahul has worked again and again, with practically every kind of product and service experience under his belt. Rahul was also one of the key members of the team that launched IPL for Sony MAX in 2008.
